TICKETING

  • Tickets will be available April 17th for existing members and May 18th for general release.

    You can pre-register for general sale here.

  • To get first access, you must first join the Book Club. Talk to our droid BC-R2 here.

  • Book Club Radio Festival tickets are sold here.

  • Refunds are not available for this event, or any Book Club Radio events, outside of the event of cancelation.

  • Brooklyn Roots Collective and SILO Brooklyn are located in Bushwick, Brooklyn and are about a 7 minute walk from the L train Jefferson stop or Ride-Share to 255 Randolph Street Brooklyn, NY 11237.

    Tickets will be scanned at the door to receive a wristband. As always, phone cameras will be stickered.

  • Yes. This is a 21+ event.

    A valid, physical government-issued photo ID (Passport, Drivers Licenses, Military ID) is required for entry.

  • What to bring:

    • Valid government issued photo ID. This is a 21+ event and requited for entry.

    • Festival Ticket

    • Comfortable themed clothing and footwear. Dress to express yourself and dance your heart out! Outfit inspo coming shortly.

    • Earplugs are recommended

    • Personal Cameras. If you’d like to take pictures digital and film cameras are allowed. Remember, no phones on the dance floor.

    • Reusable water bottle. Refill stations will be available, Must be empty upon entry.

    • Light layers. All dance floors will be indoors but there will be outdoor spaces. Prepare for changing weather throughout the day and warm dance floors.

    What to leave at home:

    • Weapons or sharp objects

    • Illegal substances

    • Outside food or drinks

    • Glass containers

    • Large bags or backpacks. Small bags or fanny packs are encouraged.

    • Water guns

    • Fireworks or any open flames

  • There is no designated parking for the event. We recommend using public transportation or ride share. Limited street parking may be available nearby but is not organized by the festival.

  • Yes, official festival merchandise will be available at the merch booth on site as supplies last.

  • For two nights, Book Club Radio’s Outer Rim festival takes over two warehouses in Brooklyn, transporting you beyond the clean planets and polite solar systems into an intergalactic night market filled with strange food, stranger merchants, and the best performers from the farthest edges of space.

    Featuring 20 of our favorite dance music artists, each delivering sets created exclusively for Book Club Radio.

    As always, expect no-phone dance floors, fully immersive environments, and out-of-this-world looks.

    Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the festival.

    All sets will be recorded and later uploaded to YouTube. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being in a filmed environment.

  • Dress to express yourself! The theme for the festival is Outer Rim. Think outer space outlaw: desert planets, cantina drifters, intergalactic smugglers, bounty hunters, and rogue traders.

    • Dress in light layers. Both festival dance floors will be indoors and can get steamy. There will be courtyard access for food, smoking area and additional bars.

    • Remember to dress comfortably and are able to dance in your looks.

    You will not be turned away without a costume but participation is strongly encouraged.

  • The festival takes place at Brooklyn Roots Collective and SILO Brooklyn on Friday, October 2nd and Saturday, October 3rd.

  • All dance floors, restrooms, and food areas are wheelchair accessible.

  • Yes, a fully staffed first aid station will be available throughout the festival. If you or someone near you needs help, look for staff or security.

  • If the event is canceled, refunds will be issued based on the extent of the cancellation.
